AromaEnergy - The Energy Of Aromatherapy Essential Oils
Spring has sprung. I've got the door open in my conservatory and I'm writing a new book. Within the spate of fifteen minutes, three really big buzzies came in through the open doors and each time I had to get up and steer them back outside. Time to bring forth the crystal bead curtain! And here starts an adventure into aromatherapy and energy that is so simple, practical and such good fun, you might as well call it magic :-)
Brain balancing is held to be extremely important for full cognitive functioning, and also for physical and mental health, and most importantly, to balance the energy system.
Here is a simple and really interesting way to "blow your mind" with aromatherapy essential oils and achieve real brain re-balancing.
Energy system running too hot? Creating hot flashes or hot flushes?
Here is a cool aromatherapy 4 menopause overheating tip that really works wonders.
Pennyroyal is much maligned as being oh so dangerous – this is the same old story again about all the essential oils. It is no more dangerous than aspirin, which is sold freely over the counter, and in aroma energy work, we don’t take it internally nor do we even put it on our skin so that’s triply safe then.
With that out of the way, Pennyroyal, a member of the mint family, has some exquisite and extraordinarily useful energetic effects and actions.
I started to search the three – Salvia Lavendulifolia, Spanish Sage; Salvia Officinalis, Wild Sage; and Salvia Triloba, also known as Sage Triloba.
As soon as I put in the word “Salvia”, the search engine exploded with references to Salvia Divinorum, of which, I admit, I hadn’t heard a thing.
I heard a report yesterday that 21% of the general adult population had tried some form of aromatherapy. Aromatherapy draws people strongly towards it, being the most popular choice for alternative or complementary treatment and healing, but the amazing thing about this is that people have the LOWEST expectations of actually getting over their troubles with aromatherapy, as a study by Professor Suzanne McDonough of the University of Ulster shows.
Just one week left to go – and I’m really looking forward to giving my Aroma Energy workshop presentation at the ET08 conference!
It’ll be delightful, to say the least, to share my wonderful experiences with working with the energies of these radiant nature gifts in small bottles with the conference crowd.
An interesting story I came across the other day was a reference that using Helichrysum essential oil was particularly good for “repairing the holes in the aura caused by tattoos”.
Here are some thoughts on the topic and an easy technique to use Helichrysum (or any other essential oil of your choosing) to heal injured ereas and thus, close up the holes in the aura.
